Data: September CPI lands Wed, Oct 14, 8:30 am ET; forecasters see core near +0.2% on the month.
Supply scare: about 17,700 BTC moved out of US government wallets; one research firm reads it as storage, not selling.
Positioning: after last week’s flush, holding bearish bets briefly cost a small fee.
