How does OKX Money loyalty levels work?
OKX Money has five loyalty levels: Classic, Plus, Premium, Signature, and Infinite. Every user starts at Classic. A higher level earns you a higher rate on your balance and more cashback on card spending, where cashback is offered.
Your current level, and what the next one needs, is shown on the Rewards tab.
How do I move up a level?
There are three upgraded tracks. You get whichever level is highest — you only need to meet one.

So if your 30-day average balance is $85,000, you're at the Premium level, even if you never use your card. If you're VIP3 on OKX you're Signature, whatever your balance here.

FAQ
1. When does my level update?
Levels are assessed daily. If you qualify for a higher level, it applies the next day, and you'll be notified. There's nothing to claim.
2. Why hasn't my large deposit upgraded me yet?
Deposited assets are measured as a 30-day average, not today's figure, so the average has to build up before it crosses a threshold. Spend is measured on a rolling 30 days, moving forward each day.
3. Can I go down a level?
Yes. If your 30-day average balance and your rolling 30-day spend both fall below your current level, and your exchange VIP level doesn't hold you there, you move down the next day.
The 30-day windows mean this is gradual — one quiet month won't drop you immediately.
4. Does my exchange VIP level count here?
Yes, automatically. VIP1 gives Plus, VIP2 gives Premium, VIP3 gives Signature, and VIP4 or above gives Infinite. It's the same account, so there's nothing to link.
If your balance or spending here gives you a higher level, you get the higher one.
5. Does my loyalty level change my exchange VIP level?
No. It only works one way — your exchange VIP level can lift your OKX Money loyalty level, but not the other way round.
6. What do I get at each level?
A higher rate on your balance, and more cashback on card spending where cashback is offered. The current figures are on the Rewards tab, because they can change and cashback differs by country.
