To become a Verified Merchant on OKX, you'll need to complete identity verification, deposit the required security bond, and submit the necessary documents. Once the platform has reviewed and approved your application, you'll officially become a C2C trading merchant. Here's how:
1. Meet the 4 verification requirements
Condition 1: Complete video Verification
Video verification must be completed within C2C. Open the OKX app, select C2C trading on homepage > Select Profile > C2C video verification > Start recording.
Note: before recording, please check that your phone is not on silent and that camera and microphone permissions are enabled. |

Condition 2: Complete 20 buy or sell C2C trading
You'll need to complete 20 or more C2C trades in the Express or C2C section.

Condition 3: Your order completion rate for buy and sell C2C trading must be at least 90%
Condition 4: USDT holdings must exceed 10,000
Note: during the application period, please ensure your funding account balance holds more than 10,000 USDT to avoid application failure.
2. Apply for verification
Once you've completed all 4 requirements, you can start your application to become a merchant. Here's how:
On the app
Open the OKX app, select C2C trading on the homepage > Select Profile > Become a Super Merchant > Apply and complete the steps as required
On the web
Open the official OKX website, select Buy crypto > C2C trading > More > Become a Super Merchant > Apply and complete the steps as required
On the application page, fill in your email address, nickname, residential address, and other required information as instructed, then select Apply to become a merchant. After submitting your application, the platform will process your application within 3 days — please wait patiently.
